Clean-up fee $100.00 (non-negotiable)

$15.00/hour for bartender.  2 bartenders are required for parties over 100 people

A hall monitor is required for all rentals $50.00

Kegs are $150.00

$200.00 for kitchen use.  You're responsible to bring utensils and serving ware

Outside caters welcome, they must provide proof of insurance prior to use.

Prices are for 5 hour blocks.

All rentals must be concluded by 1 a.m.
